Wellbeing can sometimes feel like another thing we're supposed to be good at.
I don't think it needs to be.
For me, it's found in the ordinary stuff - getting outside, moving my body, finding people who make life feel a little less lonely, having an honest conversation, drinking a really good coffee or simply noticing a tiny pocket of joy in an otherwise chaotic day.
I'm a qualified counsellor, but I'm also very much still figuring it all out myself.
Wellbeing with Charlie is a place to share what I'm learning along the way - the things that have helped me, the communities I've found, and hopefully a few things that might help you too.
